Pere Rajadell

videogame programmer

Thirst is a videogame developed within the Master in Creation of Videogames at the University Pompeu Fabra. The team members are Anna Garcia, Germán Galván, Pol Rius Casanellas (artists) and David Soler, Andres Barrera, Bruno Rebaque Pistoni and me (programmers).

The engine for the game has been developed in C++ by the team programmers in a component based architecture managed by a custom handle system. My job included mainly the particle systems, as well as several rendering effects such as shadows, screen space ambient occlusion, fog, water and volumetric lighting.
